Fundamentally, this means that throughout our lifetime, we have a significant influence on our quality of life, how much illness we will experience, and how long we will live. It’s about the lifestyle habits we have and the choices we make every day.

The Longevity Institute now invites you to participate in a unique course where we explore the science of longevity and give you the knowledge you need to live a healthier and longer life.

Through scientifically validated tools, training, and healthy habits, the program offers you a significant and lasting improvement in quality of life, biological age, aging speed, and expected lifespan, while simultaneously reducing your risk of conditions such as stress, depression, anxiety, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and dementia.

  • An individual assessment and personal feedback on your lifestyle, biological age, rate of aging, expected lifespan, and risk of chronic lifestyle diseases. (The feedback session takes 1 hour at the start of the program and time is arranged individually)
  • An intensive 6-week educational and training program, delving into crucial factors within the topics of Meaning & Energy, Mental Performance and Resilience, Physical Vitality, Healthy Nutrition, and Toxins. (1 hour/week, typically Monday afternoon, e.g., 2-3 PM)
  • Ongoing consultation and motivation in a network group with other participants, supported by a coach. (1 hour/week, typically Thursday afternoon, e.g., 2-3 PM)
  • Development of a personal plan for a healthy, resilient, and long life. (1 hour)
  • Daily digital follow-up on goals and activities throughout the program via the Longevity app.
  • Follow-up coaching sessions after 3 and 6 months. (1 hour/session)

Continuous monitoring of well-being, as well as risk of stress and disease, with immediate confidential intervention from our team if necessary.

Individual Well-being and Health Assessment with Personal Feedback

The program begins with a holistic test of your well-being and health, along with personal feedback. You receive detailed insights into your status across several factors critical to your well-being, resilience, aging speed, and lifespan. The results lay the foundation for prioritizing action points throughout the continuation of the program.

The individual assessment and feedback are based on a holistic digital screening of your health status across various lifestyle risk factors and biomarkers crucial for your quality of life, biological age, rate of aging, lifespan, and risk for conditions such as stress, depression, anxiety, overweight, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and dementia. The screening provides you with a holistic health profile, which you will use in the program for prioritization, goal setting, and daily follow-up on the areas of effort relevant to you.

Intensive 6-Week Education and Training Program

In the first 6 weeks of the program, you will be equipped with knowledge, tools, and routines to improve your well-being and health. There will be a one-hour weekly teaching session that zooms in on critical factors within the pillars; Meaning & Energy, Mental Performance & Resilience, Physical Vitality, Healthy Nutrition, and Toxins. In each session, you will choose your area of effort to work with in the program.

  • Meaning & Energy is about the meaning of life and how you manage and optimize your energy and recovery throughout the day and through good sleep.
  • Mental Performance and Resilience is about how you work with factors like mindset, thought patterns, attention, social relationships, lifelong learning, and breathing exercises.
  • Physical Vitality is about how you maintain your physique and vitality through general physical activity and targeted training of your cardio health, strength, and mobility.
  • Healthy Nutrition is about creating healthy eating habits, and how through intermittent fasting, you give your body breaks to go into repair and recovery mode. We will also cover supplements that have a significant impact on health, rate of aging, and lifespan.
  • Toxins is about how you reduce your exposure to a range of toxins found to be crucial for health and disease risk.

Ongoing Support and Motivation in a Network Group

From the start, you will join a network group, where you will spar, support, and inspire each other. Our experience is that it gives your motivation, effort, and outcome a huge boost and makes everything much more fun and dynamic. As a starting point, you will meet one hour weekly in the network group throughout the program. A large part of the network group sessions will be supported by a coach.

Development of a Personal Plan for a Healthy, Resilient, and Long Life

After the first 6 weeks of the program, you will, in collaboration with a coach, develop your own personal plan for living a healthy, resilient, and long life. This plan forms the basis for work throughout the rest of the program and in your further journey.

Daily Follow-up on Goals and Activities via the Longevity App

Your daily work with goals and activities will be supported by the Longevity app developed by the Longevity Institute. Here you have an ongoing overview of your personal health profile and are supported daily in your work with your goals and activities.

Follow-up Coaching Sessions after 3 and 6 Months

After 3 and 6 months, respectively, you will have a personal coaching session where we review your development, health, and any challenges, and adjust the further course accordingly.

Continuous Monitoring and Intervention When Needed

Our team will continuously follow key figures for your well-being and the risk of stress and disease. If we detect poor well-being or high risk, our team will contact you to take the necessary steps as soon as possible and get you back in balance.

The entire ‘Live Healthier, Longer’ program is until February 16th offered for USD 59 (excluding VAT) per month for 6 months. The regular price is USD 85 (excluding VAT) per month for 6 months.
